Overview
We are looking for someone with experience in a fast-paced start-up environment—you must be agile and able to adapt to changing conditions and priorities. You will help us collect, measure, visualize, update,and maintain information related to our customers and products. A track record of successfully managing databases, and improving workflows is an essential skill set needed to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, update and enter data in databases and maintain accurate records of valuable company information on company-designed tools.
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete informations
- Apply data program techniques and procedures
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Data Mining, Data Research, Data Entry, Data Cleansing, Data Scrubbing, and duplication.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Eye on attention to details
- Experience in collecting and interpreting data
- Experience in reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
- Ability Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
- Experience in working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
- Defining new data collection and analysis processes
Candidate Requirements:
- Familiarity with CMS, CRMs, marketing process automation tools and good command over Excel and google sheets is desirable.
- Tech background.
Workdays:
Full Time - 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
(Working Hours: Must be able to overlap 3-4 hours with United States time zones, since our major stakeholders are based out of the U.S.A)
