This library also has react version.

Hello again @kazuyanaba . Have you took a look at that "react version" ? I actually do not see why you would use that one, instead the simple JS one (maybe for some states, or something like that - not sure though). Anyway, as i've said earlier in the comments, i am going to discuss this with the board and see what they decide. Best, Manu.

Greetings, have you considered allowing customers of the pro version to access the pro git repository? Would be nice to know when updates are near and perhaps offer our assistance occasionally.

Hello @deilv and thank you for your interest in using our product. As of moment we do not offer access to our products, and if we would, we would only offer read access since they are paid products and we need to keep what we have on our platform and what we have on github on the same version. Not sure if you can understand what i am saying. Best, Manu.

Hi.I want to buy your product, but I'm worried about one question. are your files in the format js. and I hope that you use es6. because I was watched your free product codes and I saw that you use jsx format.

einazare
  • owner

Hello @narekabazyan17 and thank you for your interest in using our product. Yes, we do use jsx format, but if i am not mistaken even though you change the extension from jsx to js, everything would work just fine. Best, Manu.

Hi @einazare, I bought the pro version of this theme. But I'm using the typescript with react in my project. Now how to integrate this pro theme code in my project? When I extract the the folder, I found that folders like assets, components & views. But struggling, how to integrate this theme with our project ? because there is no installation.

Hello @shubhamkodiya and thank you for your interest in using our product. As of moment we do not offer support for TypeScript in our React products, only jsx syntax is used in them. You can discuss this issue here: https://github.com/creativetimofficial/ct-material-dashboard-pro-react/issues/14 . Maybe some of our other clients will come to your rescue. Best, Manu.

Hi, I'm interested in the pro version, but it's unclear what the difference between the html package and the html package + psd. Could you tell us what type of psds are included in each package (i.e. are they logos, icons, chart?)

Hello @sschiang0 and thank you for your interest in working with our product. The PSD files contains all the elements/components that are present in our product as well as the pages. Best, Manu.

Hi, I just purchased the pro kit and am a bit disappointed to be honest. It seems like the navigation/routing in the pro is significantly more complicated than the free version, and also there are some components in the free version (i.e. landing page, profile page) that are not in the pro version. Is the layout + multiple routes in the pro version newer (i.e. a replacement) or older than the simple routing of the free version? I'm just trying figure out which one to use.

Hello again @sschiang0 . I am a bit confused by your comment, you say that you have bought the pro kit, but this is a dashboard, so i am going to assume that this is about this dashboard and not the kit (the kit for material is only on free version, the pro hasn't been released yet). The fact that the navigation/routing is a bit more complicated is because on the PRO version we have collapses inside the Sidebar, and we needed to make them dynamically as well. You can read more about our routing system on here: https://demos.creative-tim.com/material-dashboard-pro-react/#/documentation/routing-system . We've done all the hard work on this so you would not have to change anything in our sidebar component. Anyways, please read our live docs and decide if it suits your needs. Best, Manu.

Hi, is there a reason that you decided on the file structure that you use currently (where, for example, all the files such as routes, layouts, views and styles for the dashboard are spread over different directories) as opposed to having all of the dashboard code in one directory, having all the pages code in another and so on? This structure means that my team constantly needs to switch between directories and go hunting for the right files to change. It also means that we can't extract modules from one project and put them in another. Can you please make another version with the alternate file structure and give your clients the choice as to which they want to pick rather than having all the people that want this seemingly superior file structure needing to do it themselves? I currently have the project rated at 4 stars for this reason and with this fix I would definitely bump that to 5 stars and recommend your products to friends, but unfortunately its going to take me a few hours to modify this to be usable unless you can do it once for all your clients. Are you able to do this for us please? It's worth trialling it on one project such as this one and seeing what your customers prefer in my opinion :)

Yes! I have to agree with marksonn... I've just spent the past couple days copy and pasting things to make a more traditional file structure. The other thing is that with the layout structure, navigating programatically is more difficult. It just feels like the pro version is a bit a downgrade from the free version in terms of organization and ease of use. It would have been so much better if you just added all the extra components as sections (like you do in the free version)!

Hey man, I didn't see your comment above. Glad to see I'm not crazy. I'm in the process of restructuring the base template for my team. What a hassle! Would you like it once I'm done? Creative-Tim, would you like it too?

Hello guys @marksonn and @sschiang0 , and thank you for working with our product. I am sorry to say this, but this product is not a npm package, and that is why it has this folder structure. This is a product made so that an user can start working over our project fairly easy, but in my opinion it is not that hard to move all the files and folders under only one, it's just a matter of imports, and i do believe it can be done in under one hour. Once again, i am sorry to say this, but for the moment neither me or our board doesn't see why we would restructure all of our products files and folders to move everything into just one folder, it would be really messy. Best, Manu.
