@dhaval2013 thank you for using our product and for the kind words. If you go to material-kit.css on line 1152 where is this class ".form-group.is-focused .form-control" you can change the linear-gradient colors with the colors that you want for the background-image property. Please let us know if everything was working fine. Best, Alex!

This is the best Material Design for Bootstrap solution! I found problem with material-kit.css and last version (4.17.37) of bootstrap-datetimepicker - no reaction on button click and no calendar popup. When I comment material-kit.css, normal behavior resored. Please, make your kit compatible with bootstrap-datetimepicker or offer any workaround

@georgius thank you for using our product. Can you please send us an email with the archive with your bootstrap-datetimepicker integration or send us the link to your project to check on the live example and give you a quick fix? Best, Alex!

please look at sample page: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzprZVk0q-wCWnJiSGJ0TkVkeFk/view?usp=sharing Just basic example of bootstrap-datetimepicker, zipped. Almost everything, except material Kit, from various CDN, latest versions. Thank you for helping

@georgius thank you for the archive. We've checked and it looks like you need to add some extra properties for the DateTime Picker plugin ".bootstrap-datetimepicker-widget.dropdown-menu{ visibility: visible; opacity: 1; }". Add that at the end of material-kit.css. Please let us know if everything is working fine. Best, Alex!

Great job! One question (two actually). 1) How do I make a responsive gallery here? 2) How do I make a contact form (not required to place PHP)?

alexpaduraru
  • downloaded

@pauldavid.lozano thank you for using our product. There is an example of "gallery" in the profile page, and that is responsive. For the contact form, you need a server-side language that will process the request, so we recommend you to use PHP. Best, Alex!

So I am pretty new to Sass. If i wanted to create a new btn class called btn-secondary that just changes the background color of a button, any ideas on how i would accomplish this?

edreesjalili
  • downloaded

Actually i think i may have figured it out. I went into the mixins and added a clause for -secondary in the generic-variations mixin. Not sure if this was the proper way to do it because I am pretty sure I created (element)-secondary classes for any element that uses this mixin instead of just creating a single button.

@edreesjalili thank you for using our product. Those mixins were made to follow the Bootstrap Structure (element)-[primary/info/success etc.] so yes it is generating for all the items. We've made some changes for the PRO version so it will be easier to generate independent buttons. After we release the PRO version we will add those changes in the Free version too. So you can keep your changes like that till we release the new update then you just use the more simple way to create different buttons. All the best, Alex!

Will this be updated for Bootstrap 4.0?

alexpaduraru
  • downloaded

@hayden.a.carnegie thank you for using our product. Yes, it will be updated to BS4 when they will release at least the Beta version. From what we read, the Alpha version is not good for production or live sites, so we don't to give to our users a product that is not stable yet. Best, Alex!
