Has anyone tried to make Material Kit work with React using React-Bootstrap (https://react-bootstrap.github.io/). React Bootstrap provides all the JavaScript and simply expects a bootstrap.css compatible CSS file. If Material Kit has not modified the CSS selectors, then this might just work out-of-the-box. Just wanted to ask before I tried it.

@naresh.archfirst we didn't try that yet but it should work as you expected because we didn't change the Bootstrap syntax. Please try it and let us know how the things are going. Best, Alex!

@alexpaduraru I just tried it on a React-Bootstrap project. Simply replacing bootstrap.min.css does not work. I can't even get the look of the components to change this way. BTW, I also tried it on a plain old Bootstrap project (without any other framework). Still, just replacing bootstrap.min.css does not make any difference. It seems that we may have to take in the JavaScript plus perhaps the images?

@naresh.archfirst when you replace the bootstrap.min.css with our bootstrap.min.css nothing is changing because we didn't worked inside bootstrap.min.css file. We created a new file called material-kit.css which is having our style. So basically you need the bootstrap then our Theme as a new layer. You can see which files you need if you go to the archive that you downloaded and check the template.html. There are all the CSS and JS files that you need in order to make Material Kit functional. Please let me know your progress. Best, Alex!

@alexpaduraru after adding material-kit.css to my plain old Bootstrap project, it worked right away. I also tried to make it work on my React project, but could not. I have a few complication in this project that make it difficult to make it work immediately. I wish I had more time, but unfortunately I don't.

Is there a way to disable the automatic realtime form validation in material.min.js? It adds the "has-error" class simply by pressing the tab key to advance the cursor to the next text input. Before even typing in the form input the error class is already applied. Also, it adds the "has-error" class to email inputs automatically until a valid email address is completely entered. I understand the well intentioned validation efforts but I find them to be a little aggressive. I code my own validation logic and would prefer to disable Material Kit's automatic validation. Thanks.

@stephenhowells thank you for using our product. Can you please send us a link to your website? We've checked and the behaviour that you present doesn't exist in Material Kit, please check the next video to see how the input with validation on email is acting on tab: http://sendvid.com/bv2plksb Best, Alex!

@michael.vrielingvantuijl thank you for your interest in our product. It is built on Bootstrap, so most of the documentation of Bootstrap: http://getbootstrap.com/components/ is working on the product too. We also have a documentation on how to use the components developed by us here: http://demos.creative-tim.com/material-kit/components-documentation.html. We've also created a youtube tutorial on how to use another product of us Light Bootstrap Dashboard: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3M3NQtFyqM. There is also a file called "tutoria.html" in the archive that you downloaded. Hope this is helping you and wish you good luck with development! Best, Alex!
