Is there any way to change the title of a page from within a component and not by setting the $route.name?

Hi, @zonko_tim ! Thank you for using our products and sorry for the late response. Yes, you can put an interpolation like this {{ name }} and put what name you want in the data. Regards, Dragos

Hmm, I'm not sure I get it. I wanna keep using the default $route.name for most components, but in some cases I want to be able to dynamically update the name from within a component after it has loaded. Can I overwrite the setting somehow?

Hi! Ok, I think you can have a v-if on the topnavbar.vue component where you have the $route.name and on the v-if you have a variable with a state of false or true and you can trigger this variable with an event of click or what you want to make it true or false and when the state it's false the $route.name will disappear and in the v-else you can have what you want there. I hope you understand what I want to say! Regards, Dragos

I have to say that i love this project, but i just can't hold my opinion about how buggy vue-material is, it's still beta, and you released a product that isn't really ready, can't update well, i see your vue black dashboard theme and looks a lot better documented, and well maintained, very stable, don't get me wrong i love it, and i think hopefully it will be way better in the future, but for then i'm not gonna have support anymore from you guys, i just wish i had waited a little more for the black dashboard theme. :(

Hi, @ubuntu_master ! Thank you for using our products and thank you for this feedback. We understand your opinion. When we released that product we thought that in a short time vue material will be updated to a stable version and everything will be good, but unfortunately, we don't know what is happening with the maintenance of this framework and we hope that a stable version will be released soon as possible. Regard to the documentation we want in the next updates to improve it and any feedback about what would you like to have in the docs pointed out would be for us very helpful. Regards, Dragos

i just loved black dashboard documentation, also you could find some developers that could make integrations with backend frameworks like Laravel so you could show tutorials and step by steps, i will probably buy the black dashboard and see if i can re-do all the work i've done with vue-material until now :( hopefully in the future the guys of vue-material will be making a full stable version of this so you guys can update it, also please change the chartjs plugin for something really useful. thanks in advance! It possible to theme the scroll bar on the side bar? The scroll bar shows up as the browser default which looks out of place in the theme.

@dragosct Curious if you can help me with a styling issue. I would like to have an element stay at the bottom of the sidebar panel however, when a sidebar item that has children is expanded, the element is pushed down below the height of the screen. Can you point me in the right direction on how to make this element stay at the bottom of the sidebar taking into account different screen sizes? I would really appreciate it!

Hi, @mickeyocey ! Thank you for using our products. Did you try to put a position: absolute; with bottom: 0; to the sidebar element? Regards, Dragos

Hi, @ngphanducthinh ! You can write a mixin and then you can import it where you want in every component. Regards, Dragos

it seems like the perfect scrollbar in the project doesn't update after the height of screen change (for example, after fetching new data from api)

Hi! We can't reproduce this issue, because we don't have integrated backend, so on our side, it's working fine. Regards, Dragos
