Support Payments What I have to do if I already paid but I don't see the product in my account?

Due to high demand in purchases, our payment vendor (2checkout) may experience some digital delivery delays. They usually perform a high number of security checks to make sure you are the owner of the Credit Card/Paypal Account used for the payment.

You should be able to see the purchased product in your account in maximum 30 minutes. Please make sure that you have also checked your Spam/Junk folder for emails with the subject containing either "Creative Tim" or "2checkout".

Please contact us via our Support platform if more than 30 minutes have passed since your purchase and you still cannot find the product in your account.
