All of our products have been thoroughly tested before publishing them and hundreds of developers have been using them for some time. However, there may be a bug or something missing in the process you are undergoing. If you have issues, you can follow one of these two paths:
If you have a problem in working with our product and you need support, please read this FAQ section. if you still cannot find a solution, please contact us through our Support Hub. Please note that we offer Support only for users who make use of our Pro Products.
If you have found an issue in our product, such as a missing or malfunctioning feature, please follow these steps:
- Open the Github repository of your product in our Github Organization Profile.
- Go to the Issues tab of the repository.
- Scroll through the open and closed issues and check if yours is in that list before submitting a new one.
- If you have not found your issue in the list, click on the “New Issue”. Please submit your issue according to our official issue template:

As soon as we receive your issue we will reply to it. If there is a defect in our products, we will fix it and we will update the impacted products.
