@josh.chen thank you for using our PRO version, it is supposed to work in all the cases, we made a lot of tests to make sure that everything in the dashboards is working fine. It's good that you found the solution. Can you please send us an email with the use case that you did and the Datetimepicker didn't work? We would like to make sure this will not happen again for other users.

@axelut I used the dashboard theme with my Ruby On Rails project and import the Datetimepicker with rails-assets gem 'rails-assets-datetimepicker'. But that's not compatible with Dashboard theme. At the end, I switch to include the datetimepicker.js file from the comes with Dashboard, and it works. In addition, can you guys make the Get Shit Done pro, Rubik and Dashboard Pro all three work compatible with each other? Thank you for your awesome work!

@josh.chen thank you for the information, we will test your case and check what really is happening when you add another library and we will find a solution for this. Till then, please use the libraries and the structure that is coming with LBD Pro by default, because that is working 100%. Your idea is very good, it was also pointed out by other users, so we will have in the future full compatibility between our products and we are starting with GSDK Pro + LBD Pro combination.

thanks @axelut , and one more question. Will Dashboard Pro compatible with http://themes.getbootstrap.com/products/dashboard, so that we can take advantage of both?

@josh.chen sincerely we didn't test yet the dashboard made by Mark Otto and his team in combination with our dashboard. Probably after we convert LBD Pro to bootstrap 4 they should work together since they are built over the same framework. If there will be requests for that compatibility, of course we will support it.

On the iPad in horizontal view, the side nav doesn't scroll. So you're stuck on the "Dashboard" all the time. :)

What exactly does PRO include that is not part of the FREE version? This looks excellent, but I'd just like to be clearer on what I'm paying for. Great work!

@jpasden thank you for your interest in our product. The PRO version has about 15 plugins (like DateTimePickers, Calendar, Wizard, Forms Validation, New Alerts, DataTables, Vector Maps for statistics, Switches etc, Panels) that are designed to look as the other components, it has also SASS files (LESS will come in v1.1), onboarding users pages (like register, login) and very detailed documentation on how to use the elements.

@axelut Great, thanks for the complete answer. Also, in the live demo I see under Pages "More coming soon..." What else is coming?? Could you share a little?

axelut
  • downloaded

@jpasden yes, there will come some small "ready to use" widgets for different statistics and social media, cards, error pages (like 404,500 etc), PSD and Sketch Files for fast prototyping and other items that come from requests of the users. We try to add only the items that the customers need, not useless stuff.

@axelut Awesome product. Really love the upgraded features. Looks like the tags do not get removed on backspace (http://demos.creative-tim.com/light-bootstrap-dashboard-pro/examples/forms/extended.html). Any way to get this functionality to work? I know it was part of the original plugin.

axelut

@mjclemente glad that you love it! :D We used the same Tags library that we use in GSDK Pro: http://gsdk.creative-tim.com/components which looks like they don't have the backspace functionality either. We will check again the Tags Library and add that back. We have some more fixes for the v1.0.2 which will come very soon and it will include also the missing functionality. Thank you for pointing out!

@axelut Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I think I tracked it down. Looks like within the "fn.removeTag" function, if you trim the value being checked in the loop, it works. Didn't do too much checking to see why this was an issue or if there was a better fix, but this code fixed it for me: if (old[i] != value.trim()) { str = str + delimiter[id] +old[i]; }

@mjclemente that was very quick! You're right, that cause the problem. We will check also the original library from github to make sure that everything is working fine. Thank you again!
